The U.S. Army is presenting this Proposed Plan for the public to review and comment regarding no further action (NFA) proposed for seven sites at Fort Monmouth (FTMM): FTMM-28, FTMM-54, FTMM-55, FTMM-56, FTMM-61, FTMM-64, and Parcel 57. New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) is the state regulatory agency which administers the State’s Site Remediation Program. This Proposed Plan provides the rationale for the NFA determination and describes the public involvement process for sites FTMM-28, FTMM-54, FTMM-55, FTMM-56, FTMM-61, FTMM-64, and Parcel 57.
